Shipping policy

Availability and fulfillment

Orders ship when the purchased items are available and ready for fulfillment. Processing and delivery estimates are shown during checkout and in your order confirmation. Some goods may be fulfilled separately, so a single order can arrive in more than one shipment.

Shipping charges

Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping at $75 after discounts, before taxes. This applies to products in our general shipping profile. Below the threshold, general-profile standard shipping is $6.50. Printful and other separately fulfilled products may carry separate shipping charges. Shipping charges and available delivery methods are shown during checkout.

Destinations and delivery estimates

Enter your address at checkout to see the destinations and shipping options currently available for the items in your cart. International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, or customs fees.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or address problems outside Rebel Frog's control.

Tracking and order problems

Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available. Check the shipping-confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout, including your spam folder. If an order is late, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be found, check the carrier's tracking page and the delivery location, then contact hello@rebelfrog.com with your order number and tracking link.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, the email used at checkout, a short description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the packaging until we respond. Our Refund Policy explains returns and refunds.
